Biography
Tran Luu is a Partner at Nhat Nam Law LLC (ATLAW). Her practice covers corporate, investment, construction, employment, dispute resolution and criminal law matters.
Her professional background includes work with law firms and international non-governmental organisations in Vietnam. She has participated in both advisory and dispute resolution matters for businesses in technology, manufacturing, education and other commercial sectors.
Her experience includes patent and copyright disputes, shareholder and employment disputes, and the preparation of distribution and licensing agreements. She has also participated in legal due diligence, the preparation of M&A term sheets and the registration of technology transfer agreements.
Luu holds a Bachelor of Laws and is a member of the Hanoi Bar Association and the Vietnam Bar Federation.
