Dispute Resolution

• Conducting legal risk assessments, including analysis of factual records, evaluation of legal strengths and weaknesses, and assessment of potential outcomes, to develop effective dispute resolution strategies;
• Representing clients in negotiations and mediations, whether on a bilateral basis or through recognized mediation institutions, with a view to achieving commercially viable settlements and avoiding protracted proceedings;
• Representing clients in commercial and investment arbitration proceedings before domestic and international arbitral institutions.

We represent clients before courts at all levels in Vietnam, acting as authorized representatives or litigation counsel in a wide range of disputes, including:

• Commercial and Corporate Disputes: Contractual disputes, shareholder and capital contribution disputes, and internal corporate disputes;
• Real Estate and Construction Disputes: Disputes relating to land use rights, lease agreements, sale and purchase of real estate, and construction contracts;
• Labor and Intellectual Property Disputes: Employment termination disputes, trade secret misappropriation, and intellectual property infringement;
• Civil and Administrative Litigation: Inheritance matters, divorce proceedings, complex asset disputes, and administrative lawsuits against state authorities.

• Assisting clients with judgment enforcement procedures, including working with civil judgment enforcement authorities to secure enforcement of court judgments, decisions, and arbitral awards;
• Advising on and handling procedures for the recognition and enforcement in Vietnam of civil judgments and decisions of foreign courts, as well as foreign arbitral awards.
