- Advising on legal and regulatory issues relating to education technology (EdTech), online training platforms, virtual classrooms, and the application of AI-based solutions in teaching and learning;
- Conducting specialized legal due diligence and advising on the structuring of M&A transactions and strategic investments involving schools, integrated K-12 systems, and chains of education and training centers.
