- Advising on the structuring of cargo insurance, carrier’s liability insurance, and insurance solutions addressing supply chain disruption risks;
- Representing clients in disputes arising from transport and logistics operations, including cargo loss or damage and delivery delays;
- Acting as counsel in insurance claims, as well as litigation and arbitration proceedings, including cross-border transport and logistics disputes.
