Project Finance and Loan Structuring
- Issuing legal opinions on the compliance of loan transactions and finance-related arrangements with Vietnamese law;
- Advising on the structuring of loan facilities, financing arrangements, and project finance transactions, including both domestic and cross-border financings;
- Advising on legal matters relating to security packages, cash flow arrangements, conditions precedent to disbursement, and ongoing compliance requirements throughout the term of financing facilities.
