Company Formation and Establishment of Commercial Presence

Advising on company formation, including the selection of appropriate corporate structures, preparation and submission of incorporation filings, and drafting of corporate charters;
Advising on and handling the establishment of foreign-invested enterprises in Vietnam;
Advising on, negotiating, and drafting shareholders’ agreements, members’ agreements, joint venture agreements, and other internal corporate arrangements;
