- Conducting availability searches, assessing registrability, and advising on and handling the registration of trademarks, patents, industrial designs, and copyrights in Vietnam and internationally;
- Managing intellectual property portfolios, monitoring deadlines, and advising on and carrying out maintenance and renewal procedures;
- Advising on and representing clients in opposition proceedings, as well as actions for cancellation or invalidation of industrial property rights;

Commercial Exploitation and Technology Transfer
- Advising on, drafting, and negotiating licensing agreements, technology transfer agreements, franchising arrangements, and other agreements relating to the commercialization of intellectual property assets;
- Advising on legal aspects of intellectual property valuation, capital contribution using IP rights, and intellectual property issues arising in M&A transactions, investments, and corporate restructuring.
Enforcement and Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution
- Advising on and representing clients in enforcement actions before competent authorities, including the police, market surveillance authorities, and customs, in relation to counterfeit goods, look-alike products, and other acts of infringement;
- Advising on and representing clients in complex intellectual property disputes involving patents, industrial designs, trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, and domain names, before courts or arbitration;
- Advising on enforcement of intellectual property rights in the digital environment, including infringements on e-commerce platforms and social media;
- Coordinating with intellectual property assessment and expert bodies to obtain infringement opinions for use in enforcement actions, litigation, or arbitration.
